Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities, inaccuracies in product information, or issues identified by our fraud prevention protocols.

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

  • Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your item.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging with all tags attached, and in resalable condition.
  • Process: Contact [email protected] within 15 days to initiate a request and obtain an RMA number. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
  • Non-Returnable Items: For safety and hygiene, certain items cannot be returned if tried on with contaminants, show wear, are altered, or lack original packaging/tags. This is especially critical for our Leather collection and gear like Heated Vests.
  • Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges: Treated as a return and new purchase. For speed, we often recommend placing a new order for the desired item.
