Shipping Information
We ship globally (excluding some remote areas and specific regions in Asia). All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from our Las Vegas facility.

The Returns & Exchanges Process
We offer a 15-day return window from the date you receive your item. Our process is straightforward, rider-focused, and built on trust.
Quick Summary: Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging with all tags attached, and in resalable condition. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Initiate Your Request
Within 15 days of receiving your order, contact our support team at [email protected] with the subject line “Return/Exchange Request”. Include your order number and reason for the return/exchange.

Receive Instructions & RMA Number
Our Las Vegas-based support team will respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions. Do not ship any items without an RMA number.

Package and Ship
Securely package the item in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and documentation. Include a copy of your packing slip or the provided RMA form. Ship to:

Inspection & Processing
Once received, our gear experts will inspect the return within 3-5 business days. Upon approval, we will immediately initiate your refund or exchange process.
Refund Timeline & Method
Refunds are processed to the original payment method used during checkout (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Credit/Debit Card & PayPal Refunds: Once we process the refund, it typically appears in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or PayPal’s policies.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
Please Note: Original shipping fees (Standard or Free EMS) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Exchanges are handled as a return and a new purchase. For the fastest service—especially for popular items from our Summer or Winter collections—we recommend placing a new order for the desired item to ensure availability. Once your return is approved, we will expedite the refund for the original item.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety, hygiene, and in line with premium riding gear industry standards, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged:
- Any item from the Leather collection that has been tried on with any product (like deodorant, cosmetics) or shows wear marks that affect the material’s integrity or resalability.
- Any gear (including Riding Shirts, Textile jackets, or Heated Vests) that shows signs of wear, has been altered, washed, or has had its tags removed.
- Items not in their original, undamaged packaging with all protective liners and tags attached.
Our Promise: Defective or incorrectly shipped items will, of course, be replaced immediately at our expense.
