Quick Summary: We offer a 15-day return window from the date you receive your item. The item must be unworn, unwashed, in its original packaging with all tags attached, and in resalable condition. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

The Returns & Exchanges Process: A Step-by-Step Guide

1 Initiate Your Request

Within 15 days of receiving your order, contact our support team at [email protected] with the subject line “Return/Exchange Request”. Please include your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.

2 Receive Instructions & RMA Number

Our support team, based out of our Las Vegas facility, will respond within 24-48 hours. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for shipping the item back to us. Do not ship any items without an RMA number.

3 Package and Ship

Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and documentation. Include a copy of your original packing slip or the RMA form we provide. Ship the package to our address:

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service (like DHL, FedEx, or EMS) for your protection.

4 Inspection & Processing

Once we receive your return, our gear experts will inspect it within 3-5 business days to ensure it meets our return conditions. Upon approval, we will immediately initiate your refund or exchange.

Refund Timeline & Method

Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method used during checkout (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).

  • Credit/Debit Card & PayPal Refunds: Once processed by us, refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or PayPal’s policies.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
  • Please note that original shipping fees (Standard or Free EMS) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Want a different size or color? Exchanges are handled as a return and a new purchase. We recommend placing a new order for the desired item to ensure availability, especially for popular items from our Summer or Winter collections. Once your return is received and approved, we will expedite the refund for the original item.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, and consistent with industry standards for premium riding gear, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged:

  • All items from the Leather collection that have been tried on with any product (like deodorant, cosmetics, or wear marks) that affects the material’s integrity or resalability.
  • Any gear (including Riding Shirts, Textile jackets, or Heated Vests) that shows signs of wear, has been altered, washed, or has had its tags removed.
  • Items not in their original, undamaged packaging with all protective liners and tags attached.

Defective or incorrectly shipped items will, of course, be replaced immediately at our expense.
